Validato Secures Funding From NCSC Growth Fund

Validato, an emerging security controls validation platform, is pleased to announce that it has secured funding from the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Growth Fund.

The funding will be used to accelerate the development of Validato’s innovative cyber threat simulation platform and expand its customer base.

The NCSC Growth Fund is a £100 million initiative set up to support innovative cybersecurity companies and help them grow in the UK. Validato was selected for funding based on its innovative approach to security controls validation, which helps organisations better test their security defences and detection capabilities from cyber threats.

“We are thrilled to receive this investment from the NCSC Growth Fund,” said Validato’s CEO, Ronan Lavelle.” This funding will allow us to expand our team, enhance our technology, and bring our solution to more organisations worldwide.”

Validato’s platform validates the effectiveness of security controls across an organisation’s entire infrastructure by simulating cyber threats based on the MITRE ATT&CK framework. By continuously testing and validating security controls, Validato helps organisations to understand their cyber risk posture and resilience to cyber threats, like Ransomware, before they can cause harm.

With the support of the NCSC Growth Fund, Validato is well-positioned to become a leading cybersecurity solution provider in the UK and beyond. For more information about Validato’s platform, visit their website at
